Fish Bones

While my work is typically abstract, this piece uses cleaver imagery to reflect the intense, turbulent environments we all navigate in life. I swished deep greens, blacks, and golds across the canvas to create a chaotic backdrop from which the gold and black fish emerges. By bringing the fish bones to the surface, the painting symbolizes vulnerability and the enduring framework of human resilience. The piece is signed and finished with a high-quality varnish.
