Opa!

Opa represents the pure, creative fun of letting my old cartoonist self back out to play. This piece is a celebration of life. I wanted to capture the energy of a lively Greek party, filling the canvas with plates, fresh fish, bread, rich blues and flowing wine. It's a lighthearted, happy piece that feels less like an exercise in abstract emotion and more like an open invitation to a celebration! The canvas is signed and finished with a high-gloss varnish.
