Study in Blue and Gold

Unlike my fluid, swirling cosmic works, this small abstract explores boundaries and edges. I titled it Study in Blue and Gold because it gave me the chance to experiment with how these classic colors interact within a geometric composition. I used a scraper to drag the paint, creating block-like sections divided by sharp, deliberate strokes. The piece has a quiet, grounded appeal and a sense of order. It feels like a miniature city or a puzzle assembled from pure color and texture. The painting is signed and finished with high-quality varnish.
